Ocean Waves LLC Roof & Exterior Cleaning out of Fenwick Island, DE. Soft Washed the Exterior of this condo building with using only a SoftWash System skid and a brush for the rust stains. The condo owners are very happy with the results of the cleaning, and very happy we did not use a pressure washer to blast away at the older dryvet. The condo oweners will be even more pleased that the cleaning will last 4 to 6 times longer that pressure washing!
